Meet Caring With Grace's newest care manager, Lisa Rock. Lisa has over 25 years of social work experience, 20 of those being in the field of geriatrics. She received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Iowa and is a licensed social worker in the state of Texas. Additionally, she is a Certified Dementia Practitioner.
Lisa is the former director of the Dallas County Nursing Home Ombudsman Program, past director of 12 Oaks Retirement Village/Irving, and has served as director of social services at several skilled nursing facilities in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex area. She has been a care manager for seven years and is a member of Tarrant Area Gerontological Society (Fort Worth, TX).
Lisa's passion for working with senior adults began during childhood as she was positively influenced by her Danish immigrant grandparents. Assisting senior adults and their families continues to be her calling.
Caring With Grace now serves Collin, Dallas, Ellis, Hunt, Kaufman, Rockwall and Tarrant counties with care management services in the DFW metro area.
